One of the best audiobooks I have ever listened

For a Audible described as one that not about being overweight. Chapter 2, not o clufed in the preview, spends the entire chapter, taking measurements to let you know you are obese. The description said otherwise. Just another reason to quit buying audiobooks about eating.

The audiobook was interactive.

Bought for my daughter who was having some issues. She loved it. Trust me, she would have let me know if she didn't. She enjoyed how the audiobook was interactive. Robotic narrator who mispronounces words

The reading is very clear, but it sounds like something my computer would generate. After trying for about half an hour, I couldn't bear it any longer and deleted. Also, the writing is in desperate need of an editor. It is very repetitive, especially about pointing out its own repetition! (E.g. "as explained above..." "as we have already mentioned..." etc.) Very irritating. I don't actually know if the content is any good because I didn't get far enough to tell.

My anxiety about eating has almost disappeared

Emily Collins has opened up my eyes so much! My anxiety about eating has almost completely disappeared and I’m able to walk away from foods I used to inhale and finish without a thought to my level of fullness. I’m also craving and enjoying more vegetables than I ever have in my life oddly enough
