Cognitive behavioral therapy makes a conscious attempt to change one’s attitudes and behaviors by focusing on cognitive processes, or thoughts and feelings. Informative, interesting and easy listen!!!

This audio-book was really inspiring and motivating. It provides simple and easy to understand instructions that can improve your life and mental status such as learning to control your thoughts or circumstances and not letting them overpower you. It was evident that the author did extensive research and along with his former sufferings of anxiety and depression, he was able to put together this power listen. This would be beneficial to anyone that would like an insight on the CBT process, as well as, better mental health.

Easy to digest and really opens your eyes!!

This audio-book made me realize how much easier it can be to take charge of anxiety and it's symptoms than I had originally thought. The explanation of how you can completely change your thought process when dealing with anxiety is an amazing discovery. I have learned how to face my negative thoughts, and realize that they are not what is actually happening around me.

Good to know if you suffer anxiety!!!

CBT is good to know if you suffer anxiety, especially if you don't want to take medications, or your medications aren't really working. I have always heart of people talking about cognitive behavioral therapy, but I never knew exactly what it was, so this audio-book really helped me understand more about it.

The only guide audio-book you need!!

This audio-book helped me so much! I knew about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before listen it, but didn’t know how to implement it as part of my life. It was written in a clear and concise way that was easy for the average person to understand.I also really enjoyed the part by part exercises to help deal with intrusive thoughts.

I'm expecting beautiful audio-book!!!!

Very good and laconic guide!!!

This audio-book is wonderful. A thorough, comprehensive, conversational, easy to understand, and above all, HELPFUL audio-book. It takes the reader through a basic understanding of CBT , using 7 steps (which are each broken down with helpful examples) which can practised in the back Activity section of the audio-book.

It’s an amazing audio-book to listen!!

My favorite quote from the audio-book is "There are no failures, only opportunities to learn from tasks that were harder then expected." Great audio-book, listen fast!!

Fascinating audio-book! I was thoroughly impressed by how the author captured the essence of what it is like to suffer from anxiety and depression. While his real world examples were sometimes a bit extreme, I think most of us can relate to the strong emotional thoughts that make us feel depressed.

Life changing and Jackson’s voice is like honey!!

I’d recommend this audio-book to anyone that suffers from negative thoughts and in general wants to improve there life in some shape or form. His narration in this course is outstanding. Some audio-book the audio is so boring and robotic but Jackson Moody is like music to my ears. So refreshing!!
