This Audiobook is a Life Changer!

I have to admit that I am skeptic when it comes to trying new things. I don’t like to try new foods, new shows, new places…nothing.I think it comes with the territory because trying new things can sometimes cause my anxiety to go into overdrive.

Easy to follow and helped tremendously!

After being in a rehabilitation program that focuses on CBT, this book is a great refresher to help after you leave. I had a more severe case of anxiety and depression which required a more inpatient program.

More often enjoy this listening to it on audible

Each chapter has goals set for you and attempts to achieve them. Not necessarily a negative thing, but I never had a problem trying to do something by myself, and the whole audio book was just for me.

I've listen and practiced CBT, techniques outlined for years. This audio book has been added to my resources on this subject.
