Therapy Course to Overcome Depression

I have to be honest and say I was a little hesitant when I first saw this book as I have attempted other similar ones, but I have to say this is the first that genuinely assisted me in my anxiety.

it’s very useful and well written

Beneficial book. There is some mythology in it but for the nonreligious too. I liked it a lot because it has easy to follow content. It helps sort out your thoughts.

I'm not a professional counselor; still, I enjoy listening to books that reinforce because I love to practice the given exercises. I felt this book is an excellent tool to use with clients as it offers cognitive behavioral therapy is laymen's terms.

Very effective for dealing with panic attacks

A fantastic resource for anyone experiencing from panic attacks and anxiety. I have had to deal with panic attacks linked to a character disorder for most of my life.
I have tried a lot of books and techniques that were supposed to help, but nothing has ever really worked

I am not totally 100% cured, but it did work.

I am young, and it has helped me so much dealing with my anxieties and having a boyfriend. There is a mix of stuff and answering worksheets, which is a great combination.

Awesome stuff, easy to overcome anxiety.

I like this book. I can read this book in any mood and enjoy it, I think.
The words all have meaning that my brain can process. After I read the words I feel emotions.
