Un excelente libro.

Un excelente libro. Este es un libro muy estimulante, bien diseñado, fácil de escuchar. El autor lo guía a través de los pasos para realizar una TCC autoguiada en un proceso de pasos con muchas perspectivas diferentes para ofrecer un enfoque relevante para todos. Junto con las recomendaciones para escuchar más en función de lo que le atraiga, también hay un libro de trabajo muy útil en la parte posterior para usar mientras escucha junto con el libro para aprovechar al máximo su práctica de TCC autoguiada.

Genial escucha.

This was the best book

This was the best book I have used for anxiety and panic attacks. I haven’t ever thought so in depth to what the root cause is of my problem. I use to not be able to leave my house, this book helped me get myself out of the house (anxious) but get the right mind frame to do it. I have tried several different CBT books and even been to a few therapists and nothing helped me like this book.

I really enjoyed this book

I really enjoyed this book! It is incredibly easy to follow and the techniques are natural and progressive. I love that this approach affirms our own ability to heal our own mind while drawing on our own strength but also encourages openness in reaching out for professional help.
