I found this audiobook to be a mostly easy listen

I found this audiobook to be a mostly easy listen. Other than the occasional tangent into technical jargon, I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook. Good advice that is easy to implement and doesnt cost much (if any) money. I liked that it mentions various religions without placing anyone above the others, allowing the listener to take in the knowledge without judgement.

I'm really glad I picked up this audiobook

I'm really glad I picked up this audiobook! It is a great guide on how to use cognitive behavioral therapy to essentially retrain your brain. As humans, we have a whole lot going on in our minds. Our minds are responsible for just about everything that is going on inside our bodies; whether we are aware of it or not. Our brains are so efficient, that they can learn a new habit, and often times it can become like second nature to us if we practice it enough.
