Poor narration.

The narrator didn’t take the time to learn how to properly enunciate “Socrates” and a few other words. It was very distracting and annoying. Tip: dictionary apps provide enunciation with just a touch of the speaker icon. If you ever get another narrating job, it would be great if you learn to properly enunciate the text.

I would highly recommend this audiobook

I myself am guilty of constant negative thinking which does not help with anxiety and leads to depression. This audio book is a great way to start changing that. Very easy to listen and follow. Even gives a layout at the end to start documenting your thoughts and actions needed to change your way of thinking to have a more positive life.

I'm impressed with this guidebook

I’m a therapist, and bought this as a refresher for the CBT modality. I appreciate that it listen kind of like a self help audio book, which makes it easier to translate for my clients. Easy to listen and follow.
