Highly Effective Tips and Tricks for Overcoming Anxiety, Depression & Phobias!

If, despite your best efforts, you always seem to find yourself acting on impulses related to depression, anxiety, insecurity, or the fear associated with phobias, then your actions might not be to blame so much as your thoughts. If you are looking for a way to change your thoughts directly, then Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: 30 Highly Effective Tips and Tricks for Rewiring Your Brain and Overcoming Anxiety, Depression & Phobias is the book you have been waiting for.

CBT differs from many types of therapy in that it doesn’t worry about the hidden meanings behind the things you do and the thoughts you think; instead, it focuses on doing what needs to be done to get the results you are looking for. As such, it tends to be most effective for those who come to it with a specific problem.

What’s more, while CBT does have a specific guided component, many of its most effective exercises can be used at home to generate significant results. Inside you will find 30 of these exercises, explained and outlined so that they can be easily followed by anyone who has the dedication to see them through to completion. Before you know it, you could be changing your thought patterns for the better and improving virtually every aspect of your life as a result.

Inside you will find:

  • Exercises designed specifically to deal with anxiety, anger, depression, phobias, and more.
  • Surefire ways to get rid of everything from simple bad habits to core beliefs that negatively affect every aspect of your life.
  • The reasons why gum might be your new best friend when it comes to dealing with anxiety.
  • Four different options when it comes to facing your fears and coming out the other side stronger for the experience.
  • Tips for practicing mindfulness mediation.

cool beginners book. I liked the content.

The presentation is extraordinary and had me interested quickly. This author talks freely and the tone is agreeable and straightforward. The breakdown of WHY and HOW isn't threatening and in reality extremely fascinating. Particularly the historical backdrop of various strategies utilized for patients with tension. I think anyone seeking healing, breakthrough, and full recovery will find this book life-changing.

BEST AUDIO BOOK

This topic is very interesting and actual for me and I bought this book to get more information about CBT. The following chapters discuss everything we need to know in order to get started on the right foot and ensure that our time spent with CBT. First I learned all about the principals at play in CBT, what to expect from the process and how to tell if it is right for you. Next I learned about a variety of basic CBT exercises and the various types of exposure therapy and the types of issues it is best suited to solve. I also got the information about specific CBT techniques related to conquering anxiety, anger or less harmful bad habits that are nevertheless, extremely annoying.
