Advice he gives is in clear language. Very good organization and step by step instruction. The only concern is that people will not practice these tools as instructed. Mental health and happiness are worth any investment of time and it is not asking for huge time commitments. Hear it, do it, and continue to practice it. You have only your misery to lose.

Excellent practical guide An excellent overview

An excellent overview into CBT with some very interesting insights, as well as some extremely beneficial practical exercises that will help me in my own life for sure, even though I don't suffer from major depression we all struggle internally sometimes and knowing how to deal with that is a huge help so thank you.
