I definitely recommend.

This book can be used as a resource to help a person break bad habits, learn how to control anxiety, and also show so many ways to use this book. This is a great book is awesome.

I have actually studied many years of CBT and this book was very well written and would be an amazing resource. I thought this had a lot of interesting facts and I enjoyed every chapter. Useful book to have on hand regardless.

Currently using CBT in my practicum placement so much of the information was repetitive for me, but the book was very thorough and would be wonderful for anyone just beginning their clinical journey and practicing the use of CBT. I even found some tips to improve my practice. Useful book to have on hand regardless.
