Publisher's Summary

I’m not the same Bebe Grimshaw I was years ago. The woman I was spent years behind the bars of the highest security women’s prison in the nation, my punishment for hacking nuclear codes as part of a crime syndicate I’d gotten in way too deep with. The woman I am today doesn’t regret what I did, or the fact that I got caught, but I am remorseful for the years I lost with my son, Aaron. Released from my sentence early thanks to Kynan McGrath, I joined his team at Jameson Force Security and now put my skills to use helping people.

I’m just trying to get back a piece of what I lost, focusing solely on raising Aaron and my work at Jameson. As long as I have my son and my career, I’m content. But life has a funny way of letting you know exactly what you need, and when a devastatingly handsome stranger named Griffin befriends Aaron at the park, I have to consider I might be missing something. A part of me that was locked away long ago reawakens, and I find myself looking at Griff in a way I’ve not looked at a man in more than a decade.

Just when I think things are starting to look up, my world is turned upside down. Turns out that meeting wasn’t an accident, and things aren’t going my way at all.

Griffin Moore is the man sent here to kill me.

Loved Griff and Bebe!

Overall 4.5 stars Performance 4.5 stars Story 4.5 stars I think this is my favorite Jameson Force book so far! I initially read this book when it first released, but listening to the audio made me fall in love with Bebe and Griff all over again. Their story was everything I wanted and more. I've been intrigued by the enigmatic hacker since the start of the series and couldn't wait to read her story. Code Name: Hacker is book 4 in the Jameson Force series, but it can be read/listened to as a standalone. It would be most enjoyed, however, if read in order since characters from the previous books do appear. Griff was a fantastic hero and was equal parts alpha and teddy bear. I appreciated that these two were mature adults and that they didn't play games. They only had eyes for each other, and they communicated what they wanted, needed, and hoped for before misunderstandings/hurt feelings could occur. Their chemistry was scorching hot and I loved all the build up. Griff really showed what a generous guy he could be ;) Sawyer Bennett threw in a fantastic twist that I didn't see coming and the suspense/action kept things moving. The ending wrapped up a little too quickly and neatly, but this was a really entertaining and sexy read. I can't wait for Malik's story next! Savannah Peachwood was fantastic as Bebe and Aiden Snow had the perfect growly voice to pull off Griff. I enjoy Aiden Snow's performances overall, but I do wish he had a little more variation in his voices (male and female). I find it harder to differentiate between characters when he's narrating. This was still a great listen though and I definitely recommend the audiobook.

I Love this Series!!

This is the fourth book in the Jameson Force Security Series, a romantic suspense. This story is as great as expected, maybe even more. Bebe and Griffin's story is captivating, sexy, suspenseful, action packed, and fast paced, filled with mystery, lies, and danger. Griffin is handsome, alpha, strong, protective, and caring. Bebe is a wonderful strong woman, selfless, caring, and smart. She is working at Jameson Force Security as an IT specialist. Aaron, Bebe's son, is a great and smart kid. I love the immediate strong and respectful relationship between Griffin and Aaron. Griffin is exactly the male figure Aaron needed. Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood did an amazing job with the narration. I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend it. This Series is amazing! Looking forward for the next book in the Series!!

Romance and suspense! Fun entertainment!

Listened to the story on Audible. Both narrators did an excellent job! Love that there’s both a female and male narrator. Recommend listening! I’m loving this series! Some action and suspense, and some hot romance! Love the hacker aspect, and it’s great to see Bebe have some happiness in her life after being in prison for 7-ish years. She made some naive choices in her past; which she’s had to go through some bad things because of them, but she’s grown into a good woman. I loved how level headed she is, and that she gives the Griff situation intelligent thought. Griff has been sent by the guy that Bebe used to work for and the one she didn’t name when arrested, but the bad guy still wants to take Bebe out of the picture. So, there’s a lot Bebe and Griff need to work through, but the connection between them won’t be denied. There’s a lot more at play though, so both are in for some surprises. The passion between the two is great, and I was surprised what a nice, sweet guy Griff is. Loved the interaction between the whole security team too! A fun, entertaining read!

Excellent story and narration

I've been waiting to listen to Bebe's story since her first appearance in the Jameson Force series and I was not disappointed! I love listening to a story about a strong female character who is kicking ass in a male dominated area. Bebe is the best hacker there is and while her past activities landed her in prison, she is now working for Kynan McGrath and Jameson Force Security. Unfortunately her past catches up with her in the form of Griffin who has been sent to kill her I love the mixture of romance, suspense, and espionage mixed with hot romance between two real and believable characters. All the elements of Sawyer's writing are there - great plot, fast pace, emotion, romance and super sexy times The narration is excellent. Aiden Snow sounds just like the picture on the cover and Savannah really brings Bebe to life This can be listened to as a standalone, but this is a great series and I would recommend listening to all of them to lose yourself in the world of Elite Jameson Force Security

I LOvE this Series! Griff and BeBe ❤️

Love love love this story! I have been waiting for this story and I am sooo excited to listen to this! BeBe has such a secretive past and I have always been in awe of her. She has done some amazing things...yeah not all good but still she is impressive. Now she is trying to make this second chance at life be better. Better mom, better daughter better choices. I love her strength and devotion. I really can’t get enough of this series! I loved all these characters. Dozer is a great add to this story. Being the BFF of BeBe he really puts the screws to Griff. Oh how I loved it! We meet a few new and see some old characters with every book. They are all intriguing and i can’t wait for all their stories! I listened to this on audio. Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood are the narrators. They both do amazing jobs. They brought this story to life.

I love Bebe

What happens when life throws you curveball? If you are Bebe Grimshaw you take a swing and hope for the best. Unfortunately that last swing caused her to strike out. While attending MIT Bebe becomes pregnant and feels it is in her best interest to leave.(strike 1)As a single mom Bebe tries her best to provide a decent life for her infant son. Then her mother is diagnosed with diabetes and is unable to work and now has incurred medical bills and medication to manage her current disease process.(strike 2) Then she gets caught of with a russian mafia thug that for a while this appears to be ok, (curve ball)until he begins to force Bebe to do bad things. Specifically steal the launch codes for American nuclear weapons.(strike3) Bebe is caught between the life of her son and the lives of millions of people. She makes the ultimate sacrifice and get caught and arrested for treason and faces decades in the federal prison system away from her mother and the child that she loves until she is granted an early release by Kynan. The gist is she has to work for Jameson. As long as she keeps her nose clean she can have her family back and lead a somewhat normal life. Who in their right mind wouldn't take that deal? Although life seems to be on the right track Bebe can't help but feel that Karma is on her heels and someday she will have to atone for her previous actions. And sure enough karma does make its presence know in the form of a sexy as hell assassin named Griffen. For some reason Griff makes all of Bebe's common sense fly out of the window. Is it his sexy as sin body, his beard, his harley, and tatts ? Whatever it is, it has made Bebe vulnerable to that evil blast from her blast that threatens to destroy everything that she has built so far. Get ready to see Bebe in a way that you never imagined, vulnerable. I loved this book. It gave me a much better understanding of Bebe. I saw her as a woman/mother and not just an employee of Jameson. You really understand the importance of her relationship with her mother and son. Griffen is complex and that's all I can say for now. I obviously recommend this book. As always the narrators are on point. Great ending segue to the next book. Can't wait for Ghost, Malik's story.

Code Name: Hacker

Bebe spent time in maximum security prison for hacking nuclear codes. Trying to rebuild her life with her mother and son as well as landing a dream job with Jameson Force Security, she does not give her time for anything else. While at the park with her son Aaron, a handsome stranger named Griffin befriends them and works his way into her life. The only issue is that Griffin and Bebe's meeting was not an accident as Griffin was sent to kill her. Code Name: Hacker is a romantic suspense that is told from the first-person point of view and can be read or listened to as a stand-alone or as the fourth book in the Jameson Force Security series. Sawyer Bennett truly knows how to write a suspenseful novel that keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the whole novel. I was excited to finally get Bebe's story and get a look into her life. It was nice to see her get a second chance at life, motherhood and romance. I feel that both narrators did a great job portraying the main characters and I can not wait for the next Jameson Force Security novel.

Grif is my new book BF

From the very first chapter, I was hooked on Code Name: Hacker, the fourth book in the Jameson Force Security series by Sawyer Bennett. Though you can read this as a stand alone, I first met Bebe in the first book in this series, when Kynan sprung her from jail early. Jameson Force Securities has friend's in high places and connections all over the world. But nothing could have prepared me for this story. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time I read this book. I absolutely loved Griffin in this book. Even though he is sent to kill Bebe. I totally feel in love with him. The double life he leads makes him a hero in my book. I couldn't get enough of the combustible chemistry between these two amazing characters. I seriously loved the world Sawyer created and never want to leave it. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next. PS - Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood do a fantastic job of narrating this book. Their voices bring Sawyer's world to life. I loved them as Bebe and Grif. I can't wait to hear more from them.

Worth it

Hacker is worth the listen! I have been interested in the whip smart Bebe since she was first introduced in earlier Jameson Security Force stories. Griff really took her by surprise. After all that time with her guard up and being as smart as she is, and Griff gets under the radar. And yet, there were surprises, I didn’t even see coming. Griff’s character was perfect, maybe too much so because I just adored him. Listening to Aiden Snow as the suave Griff in all his roles was sublime. Griff just purred out of the headphones. Savannah Peachwood performing Bebe’s character was believable and welcoming. While the story is part of a series, I didn’t feel that you had to have been caught up on the previous stories to enjoy this one.

My heart is full!

CODE NAME: HACKER is Bebe Grimshaw and Griffin Moore’s story – and possibly over before it began with Griffin set out to kill Bebe … or is it? His way of executing this mission kinda gets deranged when he actually gets to know Bebe – her and her adorable son Aaron. That little guy for sure steals the show, wise much beyond his years, and especially him and Griffin together had me sobbing and grinning and swooning a time or two. Assassin meets Hacker. A hacker who served years for a cyber-crime and was released on parole to work for Jameson. Sounds simple, right? But their journey is anything but. It’s suspenseful and twisty and cute and dangerous and exciting and heartwarming and so much more. A story of redemption, full of family and love. Fast-paced, well-written with a set of characters that you cannot help but fall for. My heart is full. The audio version is narrated by Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood, both two excellent narrators, Mr. Snow’s gruffness plus Ms. Peachwood’s emotional performance make this one a delicious treat on the ears. Cannot wait for Malik’s story!

I was hooked from the first chapter

I really enjoyed Bebe's Story. Her strong character really drew me into the story. Her loyalty cost her precious time with her son. True to motherhood, she felt so much regret for that. As the story develops, we find out more about her past, and it is a heart gripping tale. Griffin is everything a woman could want. He is great with Bebe's son, he is protective and just as loyal. This story a everything in it, suspense, dedication, romance and family. I loved everything about it. Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood bring heart to this story. Through their narration, the characters came to life and really became more like friends. Aiden has the perfect voice for Griffin, strong, gruff, and swoon worthy smooth. Savannah really brought out Bebe's inner struggles. It was easy to get lost in the story with Aiden and Savannah's performance.

Fantastic Story & Listen🎧 An Action Packed Thrill!

Sawyer Bennett does it again, she pens another awesome novel in her “Jameson Force Security” series. I am loving this series, it characters and it storylines. Bebe is an IT guru and hacker, probably one of the best in the trade. When in college she got herself caught up in a bad situation working for the bad guys she was forced to make a decision to leave her son with her Mom and sacrifice her freedom. She was serving her sentence behind bars when Kynan recruited her to work for Jameson Force Security, he pulled strings to get her out, strings he has because the firm does jobs for the Gov’t, jobs that require special skills and may or may not require unconventional methods to complete. I really like Bebe, she is honorable and trustworthy and works great with the other members fo the team. She does not have a social life, just her son and her Mom and keeps a distance from all others but in comes Griffin, he shows up one day and he gradually works his way into her life. She is enjoying her life, then finds out her past is coming back with a vengeance. What a mind-blowing turn of events, everything happens quickly and thank goodness the team are quick on their feet. I loved how everything plays out in this book, it is greatly plotted with plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling suspense that brings you to the edge of your seat, some heartfelt moments and hot romance. Sawyer Bennett, thank you for another awesome book. Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood are terrific narrators and voice artists. They do an amazing job portraying the characters, giving each their own voice and personality, bringing them to life and humanizing them. You could hear how much heart they put into their work, capturing the characters emotions as well as the drama of the story which can be heard in their performance. Both are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen🎧

This has to be the best one yet!

I was thrilled to get Bebe's story finally! I knew it was going to be a good one but Sawyer Bennett always ups it!! Bebe is such a strong woman, she's definitely softer than her tough exterior shows but she has to be... it's just her and her boy and she's already missed too much time. She seems to just be getting on with her life when talk, dark and bearded waltzes up and makes her step back and reevaluate her life. But did Griff accidentally waltz into her life or did he come with a purpose?!?!?! EEEK!!! This is my favorite, FAVORITE, Jameson Force book yet!! Griff is just hard and gruff in ALL the right places and a total alpha jerk in all the hot places! I mean, serious swoon ALERT ladies!! I loved that not only did Bebe and Griff communicate and talk through things but they seem to need each other. Savannah Peachwood and Aiden Snow sound so amazing together. Peachwood has this soft sounding voice with just enough strength and grit to really portray a perfect Bebe… I was a bit worried. I mean you didn’t want Bebe to sound like this girly girl but she still needed to be feminine, you know? Savannah Peachwood pulled it off! Aiden Snow is always delightful to listen too. He’s strong and raspy while being gruff. He’s a great compliment to Savannah Peachwood.

We unlocked Bebe!

And finally, we got to see Bebe from her point of view!! She was so fun to explore, both her smarts, her feistiness, but also her vulnerability and softer side. Griffin was just pure class. Man, I was scared at first, and then so happy to have him on their side. This really was a rollercoaster ride from discovery to discovery, new twists and turns, and in the middle a sweet recognition of an equal, of finding where to lay one's heart and trust and have faith. And a coming together of family. Audiobook was fabulous, as well. 4.5 stars

Great edition to a great series

This book/audio has been one I was looking forward to, and sawyer Bennett did not disappoint. Hacker was a great fast paced, many twists and turns and it again brings all the other characters from other books from this series. You get to see many people we have become like family. This is a story about moving on after making mistakes and finding your way in all aspects of your life. The relationship between Bebe and Griff is great and the twists of their relationship and the chemistry keeps you wanting more. I love this story and series and can’t wait for the next installment.

Fast-paced and action-packed

What I loved most about this story is Bebe’s character—she’s such a strong woman, great at her job (that happened to be in a male-dominated industry!), and a wonderful mom! This story is not only fast-paced and action-packed, but it has sexy, steamy scenes too. Another thing that I love (and I may have already mentioned this in my review of Code Name: Heist) is that we get a glimpse of what happened to the couples who've already gotten their HEA's in the previous books in the series without feeling like we're missing something. Looking forward to the next book in the series! Narrators Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood did an excellent job. I must admit I wasn't a fan of Savannah Peachwood before, but after listening to this audiobook, I now am! Code Name: Hacker is a contemporary romance written in dual first-person POV and recorded in dual narration. It's a standalone that ends with a HEA and deals with sensitive subjects some may find triggering. No cliffhanger, no cheating. I received this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.

Enjoyable listen!

THE STORY: I’ve been waiting for Bebe’s story since her first appearance in Code Name: Genesis. Her backstory intrigued me so much. Genius hacker who intentionally got caught hacking nuclear codes to prevent them from getting into the wrong hands and then taking the fall and in turn having to leave her 3-year-old son behind? Hell yes, sign me up! It sounded like one hell of a woman and I wanted to know more about her! Bebe did not disappoint. She was an incredibly strong and resilient character. Vulnerable when it counted but also very determined when it came to things she wanted. Griff, well honestly? Besides his morals, there wasn’t much that I knew about him. His character wasn’t as fleshed out as I would have liked, and the same also goes for the relationship development between him and Bebe. It was pretty insta. I just wanted a bit more than what was told but granted this is a romantic suspense novel. To end this on a more positive note, I absolutely loved that small twist. I never saw it coming and I think, very few readers will expect it. On the one hand, I’m a tiny bit disappointed not to get this other certain angle but on the other hand, I’m extremely satisfied with this small surprise we got here. Another thing I really liked were the secondary characters. Kynan is getting more and more awesome it seems, and Aaron is simply the best kid a mother like Bebe could wish for (though any mother really). THE NARRATION There seemed to be a discrepancy between the two narrating styles. While Savannah Peachwood used a British accent to portray Kynan, Aiden Snow did not. It made me question why because I do think that it should have been uniform. Either both narrators do it or neither one does it. Other than that both were great though. I really like the color of Savannah Peachwood’s voice. It sounds young and fresh and very pleasing to listen to. Aiden Snow’s voice is sexy as hell. I enjoy his way of narrating, it’s very natural.

I love how fast past this story was. It was really good and had quite a few action moments that I didn't see coming. I also loved all of the hack tech aspect part of it, because it just different to read about something I don't read too much of in the stories I read. I just also feel sorry for Bebe's background of what she went through, but I'm glad she got her HEA. Of course by the end, Sawyer knows how to suck us in on wanting the next book in this series asap! I can't wait. I loved Aiden and Savannah's narration. I received this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
