Publisher's Summary

"If you want to enjoy real love and life then you definitely need to read the best family in romance, The Cockers!" (Trish Potter)

Emma Cocker:

My condescending boss has thrown me a big-money client. By landing him, I will earn her respect, maybe get out of debt. The commission would be huge on a mansion like this. But Tanner Hamilton is the biggest snob. Flat out calling me incapable? Too young? A waste of his time? I can't believe I thought he was attractive! Now, I'm stuck as his realtor. But I'll show him he can never do better than me....

Tanner Hamilton:

Can't believe Cora sent me her underling. A girl with too eager a smile to handle a man like me. This "Emma" took my berating like a champ. Doesn't mean I'll make this easy on her. You want to play with the big boys? No crying allowed....

If you don't like humor, loyal families, sex, and swearing, this series is not for you. Thank you! Cocker Brothers, The Cocky Series are all stand-alone romance novels written in chronological order.

Loved it.

Omg I just finished listening to Emma’s on audible. It was perfect! I’m the first one that wants to smack the smirk off Tannner’s face. By the time the story ends you love the hell out of him. And Corra (sp) should be ashamed of herself. Just say. Faleena Hopkins thank you for another wonderful story Kaylie Stewart and Eric Rolon read this book.

Cocky Love: Emma Cocker: Book 1

I didn't love it, I Love Love LOVED it! I didn't anticipate this one being my favorite, but it ended up that way. What a neat feisty character Emma ended up, as did Tanner. I loved the familial relationships she had, especially with her parents. Then with the children at the home, especially Rose. It was a great story, leaving me dabbing at tears now & again. But the icing on the cake was how often this story left me feeling warm & fuzzy inside when I'd finish my reading for that night. I can't wait to continue all the rest of the Cocker Family's stories...

Emma is all grown up!

I loved Tanner and Emma's story! Tanner's been around the block a few times but doesn't believe in settling down. A chance meeting and he sees Emma all grown up, and boy is his head turned! This had a wonderful story to it, with some good hurdles to overcome. The narrating was great, and the voices on point. Another great cocky love story!

Just what I love...... stand alone books in a series

Luckily I read the first book in the series some time ago and was familiar with the Cocker family. Because of that I was able to follow along. I love this second generation of Cockers in this series and love the sweet but heated romances. I’m sure I’ll be reading or listening to more in the series.

Emma & Tanner

Quite interesting to hear what I've imagined while previously reading this. Emma is great and I love her standing up for herself to her family, Cora, and Tanner.

Love me some cocky love

I previously read this book and thoroughly enjoyed it, as I have all of the Cocky books. I was grateful to be able to listen to this through audible. What an amazing way to really have the characters come to life. Wasn't a big fan of Tanner's until I heard that sexy voice. Oh yeah, definitely the way to enjoy the Cocky books. Emma still acts a little too immature for my tastes but Faleena knows how to develop a character so that you are fully invested in the characters and their story. Such an enjoyable family. Must read! Loved it!

So in love

With a series as large as the Cocker series, it is easy to have a favorite couple, book, or character. That is why I can honestly say, while Emma and Tanner are not my favorite couple, their love story is by far my favorite. Emma holds a special place because she is the first grandchild (just not the oldest. Pick up Cocky Senator's Daughter, you will love it.) So I believe that being a girl and the first grandchild, niece, daughter; no one, especially her father, ever saw her as an adult. Enter Tanner Hamilton. It wasn't his intention to fall the the beauty, it just happened. Emma had to deal with an unhappy work environment, lackluster love life, and an unknown history between her family and the man she was falling for. Plus that man was like no other man she had ever dealt with. The way Tanner stood with, behind, and for Emma made me fall for him too!
Kylie Stewart and Eric Rolon were excellent in their narrations. Eric in particular had a slight southern accent at times that I would attribute to people in the south. Something that is not overly stereotypical, just subtle. I loved it. Overall an excellent listen that leaves me wanting more.

Great book!

I loved this book so I was really excited when the audio version came out. The narration was good but a little less animated than what I expected because Emma & Tanner are very passionate characters with strong personalities. I still loved the different perspective I got from reading vs listening. That’s the great thing about audiobooks, brings the story to life in whole new way!
