then she tries too steal more after killing in a local town where the sheriff is a wolf shifter. his life partner shows up unexpectantly and now he needs to protect her.

I got this book for a bit of light listening.

It was easy better than I initially expected and I laughed a lot. Cried a bit and enjoyed it.

A simple story and a bit predictable but I loved it just the same. Allyson Voller was a great narrator. Easy to listen to. And the story was a nice simple romance. I'm off to buy book 2 in the series.
