Good Description of Climate Change

What was false was the claim that California is having water shortages due to climate change, completely false as it is having water shortages due to greedy companies draining the water basins. This is happening on a global scale. If one seeks to prevent change at any time they simply need to prevent businesses, individuals or governments from exploiting our natural environment. Water shortages have nothing to do with climate change.
