About this listen

In 1999 and 2000, a number of young women go missing in the Perth suburb of Claremont. One body is discovered. Others are never seen again.

Snowy Lane (City of Light) is hired as a private investigator, but neither he nor the cops can find the serial killer. Sixteen years later, another case brings Snowy to Broome, where he teams up with Dan Clement (Before It Breaks) and an incidental crime puts them back on the Claremont case.

Fast pace, layed back, murder in the outback! So much happening in this tale by Aussie author David Warner. A multi billion dollar international business deal one minute , to bit drug deals in hotel carpaks the next. Mummified murder victim found in the desert, and a serial killer on the loose. Two detectives are on the hunt for answers, with both having personal demons noring away at them while in pursuit.

Great story but I felt the reference of young ladies disappearing from Claremont was a bit disrespectful to the families involved. Love of all Dave Warners work but something more original might have been better

A bit disrespectful
