Further development of these characters is well done and brings even more depth to their story. Their connection gets even stronger and the passion hotter. Great narration by Nick J Russo as well.

Thomas, 44, and Cooper, 22, have resolved the ethical issues surrounding their relationship, but must still battle the reactions of their families to their age difference. I enjoyed this 2nd Thomas Elkin audiobook a lot, there were some great story arcs: the reactions of Thomas’s ex-wife, the reactions of Cooper’s parents (who are younger than Thomas), and the family crisis (not going to give spoiler detail). Having witnessed the devastation of a wife being left for a man, I had a lot of sympathy for Thomas’s ex-wife—the person being left behind quite rightly feels hurt and powerless. However, heterosexual marriages where one partner accepts their attraction to the same sex are not usually sustainable and there is a chance for both people to find happiness with others. NR Walker has written a thoughtful and moving novel and Nick J Russo deserves as Oscar for his narrative performance. So looking forward to the third audiobook in the trilogy!

Loved diving into this second installment of the Thomas Elkin series.

I laughed, I cried, I got frustrated at people, I fell more in love with Thomas and Cooper - I mean, it is a Cooper Jones thing to love him even more than before.

Nick Russo does a great job telling this story, and now I need the third book ASAP!

This is as amazing as the first book I cannot get enough of the series with Nick J. Russo narration and N.R.Walkers words this audiobook is worth much more than five stars.
