Spoiler Alert - It's mostly about Tommy and Polly

I love this series of books. However, this one should have been named "Tommy and Polly - to wed or not to wed.". A third of the book was about the wedding, that might or might not happen. Maybe Nancy is running out of material to write about? I'm still a fan, regardless

Fabulous read

This is a great feel good read. It really describes the essence of life during war time. There are parts of the book where you can really visualise and even taste the story as if it was real life

Excellent

Love the Shipyard Girls series, be sorry when they end. Fantastic stories and characters and a perfect narrator, her accents and voices are brilliant. Just can't stop listening! Definitely recommend.
