Andy and Terry have a new book to write, but there's a problem. A BIG problem. Well, quite a few big problems actually.... On a hill not too far away there is a tree. And in that tree there is a tree house. And in that tree house there is a bowling alley, a see-through swimming pool, a tank full of sharks, a giant rope swing, a library full of comics, a secret underground laboratory, a vegetable vaporiser and a free marshmallow-dispensing machine.

Publisher's Summary
The 13th hilarious audiobook in the ever-popular Tom Gates series!
Having two sets of grandparents is turning out to be VERY GOOD for me.
The wrinkles are KEEN on giving presents, AND they're planning a FAMILY OUTING, too, which is going to be EPIC!
Delia wants to come as well. (Why?)
I can always ignore her.

Tom gates epic Adventure (kind of)
The story line of this book is amazing with lots of detail but the performances and voices had a lack of expression. I would recommend this audiobook to children 8 to 12 other wise it will start to bore you.
