Background music unpleasant and loud

This music is not featured in the sample clip. While listening it overpowered the narrator. Very distracting and it was difficult to relax.

Really enjoyed this audiobook!

it absolutely horrible !

some guy playing ukulele badly.in the background affirmations were terrible not relaxing at all ! don't waste your money I want my money back ! sucks

Music is too distracting

I couldn't stomach the book. There is a music refrain but it is like 10 notes that repeat loudly and it is prominent in the audio mix. I really couldn't give it a chance due to that

ripped OFF!

It gets to the heart of its message.

Love how this is structured and how it gets to the heart of its message. The messaging has worked for me in the way that I want to eat healthier. Was able to avoid pitfalls in the fridge that I usually fall for. Progress!
