Publisher's Summary

Do you want to reprogram your brain to be more productive and stop procrastinating? You have come to the right place!

If you find it hard to stick to your timelines and always find yourself having to work under pressure because of deadlines due to procrastination, you are not alone! It’s just a commonly unavoidable activity which people just allow to take over their lives. Did you know that about 20 percent of the population admits that they procrastinate often?

This lack of immediacy has also influenced the fast-paced environment you’re now in. Some people procrastinate because they know technology can aid them in finishing certain things quickly. Instead of doing research for several hours in the library, they can just surf the internet for half an hour.

Procrastination won’t and can’t just be beaten in one day because it’s a habit. You have to remember that the longer you don’t procrastinate, the greater the probability is for you to break this unhealthy and unhelpful habit permanently. Procrastination can be defeated with the right mind-set and with the will to finish something. If you want to learn how to think critically, you have to realize that we are responsible for our attitudes because the power to decide our perspective, our thoughts, and our mood is in our hands.

Having an open mind to other interpretations can help us identify the exact problem and analyze it to come up with several possible solutions. Brainstorming is the key to achieve that because it helps you avoid forming quick conclusions and when you come up with several possible solutions, makes it easier for you to find the ultimate one. Just by doing that, you’re one step forward in developing knowledge in critical thinking or problem-solving, but, as always, it takes time, practice, and perseverance.

An individual is able to achieve anything they set their mind to in life if they are focused and determined. The majority of the times, people tend to become distracted with negative thoughts that come from within. These negative thoughts are a manifestation of a lack of self-confidence they have in their credibility or their ideas. This is why it is imperative to first believe in yourself, as doing so can cause great feats to be manifested.

It is important to note that this determination is not something that comes easily. If you want to achieve notable success in your life, then it is important to train your brain to focus more on your future objective and goal. As the general theme of this section states, without focus, there is no way one can achieve their goals or aspirations successfully. When one is motivated, they are able to remain focused on the path, regardless of any distractions or obstacles that they encounter.

In this audiobook, we will discuss the following topics:

  • What is Procrastination?
  • Reasons Why We Procrastinate
  • The Why and How of Breaking Big Projects into Smaller Ones
  • Building a Perfect Time Management Plan
  • Tricks to Get Things Done in Less Time
  • Four Goals for Critical Thinking: Self Direction, Self-Discipline, Self-Monitoring, Self-Correction
  • Hyperfocus
  • Building Healthy Work Habits
  • Improving Your Memory and Cognitive Ability
  • And many more!

Your biggest reward for all your efforts is a job well done, a satisfied boss or client, or a proud teacher.

Do we have your attention now? Are you excited? Look no more! Buy our book now and know everything about ending procrastination, problem-solving skills, and productivity!

This is the best one.

This is the best one. This may be the last one for me. Very good audio book, extremely dead on with why I procrastinate. I recommend it to anyone. But I think I have benefited greatly by purchasing that audio book. Because this audio book helped me to acquire some new knowledge.

Life Long Procrastinator

This is the book you are looking for if your are interested in the simple steps it will finally take to break this life inhibiting bad habit. I felt like the author was not just writing about a subject he researched but he wrote about a personal challenge he overcame so he knows the process personally which makes a big difference in breaking those steps down to someone else facing the challenge. The perspective hit home with me and I highly recommend it.

I am happy to get this.

I had the option to utilize the data from this book to enable my family to adjust our minds. This book offered a great deal of knowledge and I strongly suggest it. individuals that state he pushes supplements, he offers counsel with regards to what supplements he would give for specific pieces of the cerebrum. He doesn't promote his items just offer proposals with respect to what enhancements might be helpful for whatever inconvenience you are encountering. enthusiastically suggest!

Incredibly informative

I honestly didn't have a lot of expectations for this book, but it proved to be a wealth of information. Some of the techniques taught herein are practically self evident, but others are far less so. Some of it is simple if you just think about what you're doing, while others are things I never would have considered on my own. For anyone who wants to elevate their analytical mind and separate themselves from the crowd, this book is worth its weight in gold.

A toolkit everyone can benefit from.

Who takes the time to learn how to think? Not many, but everyone should. This book is a quick, well-written treatise on thinking and decision-making. Each method is defined in enough detail to either give you the steps necessary to employ the method or pique your interest to find out more about it. There were several topics that I bookmarked and shared with my coworkers.

I doubt the others listened to the same book

Like most self help books the content isn’t particularly new, but the reader/listener is wanting advice on the application these ideas in an interesting or fresh perspective.
One section noted how the author(s) goal per day was to write X amount of words and they felt satisfaction meeting this target. I wish they had set a lower target and focussed on less filler exposition and repetition.
Other discussions of how the lessons could be applied to an English football team was particularly painful to listen to.
The whole book could have been distilled into less than 1 hour of content and would have been the better for it.
I chose the book in part by the high rating but I fear Audible is being tainted by fake reviews in the same way as Amazon has. Rereading many of them are full of filler text and hardly discussion the audiobook content in detail ... perhaps the authors have a new goal of X number of reviews per day.
