I’ve had a lot of change in my life since the accident that led to my paraplegia over 30 years ago. And although I wasn’t completely aware of it at the time, I can now look back to where it all began and see that I’ve developed a methodology for managing change that has helped me conquer the challenges I’ve been drawn to throughout my life.
