The Book is Self-Explanatory

I bought this book from Emily after I bought others from her collection and I always feel very pleased. There is a term in Sanskrit to indicate the opening of the chakras. It is shatchakrabedha or shatchakra - bedha, which is written in the Tantra of the Great Liberation. According to this text, opening the chakras means allowing kundalini, the energy that dwells at the base of the vertebral column, to go up to samadhi or the supreme union with the Divine. Here I would recommend reading both this book and the one on the kundalini and on the third eye awakening of the same collection in order to have a complete picture of the arguments covered, it has helped me a lot! Thanks

Exceed my Expectation Line

If a person experiences negative emotions and cannot enjoy the joys of life, the cause is an alteration of the circulation of energy flows and the blockage of the chakras I can confirm that it is true, I have experienced it on me and that's why I chose to buy Emily's book. She talks extensively about the 7 chakras and how they can be unlocked, while in the second part of the book she deals with meditation, yoga and diet. Recommended

Required Listening for Everyone

Very useful information that helped me as ever! I had the root chakra blocked, the muladhara, I often felt exhausted and tired and with the help of traditional medicine I had not solved anything, until I started doing breathing exercises that stimulate the diaphragmatic area. Now I feel much better thanks to Emily's advice, gives a global picture on the whole topic, as well as advising what to do to achieve psycho-physical wellness, from the use of some oils, to herbs, to specific foods.

Absolutely Prodigious Helpful Guide

Excellent book narrated fluently, the first part is more classic with the general explanation of the chakras, their functions and their origins, while the second part deals with other topics related to the chakras and how they interface with them

Outstanding Book on Self-Help

I listen to this in a day! This book is easy enough for newbies like me, but also satiated my thirst to learn about chakra healing, and gave me actionable steps in a variety of ways per chakra. The Pranayama at the end is amazing. Great book

This Book Needs to Approached

I have listened many books about spirituality and the body and this is by far one of my favorite. I have bought many of them and shared them with friends and they agree. They way it is written makes it so simple to listen and understand each of the chakra systems and where you may be blocked and able to release to create ease.
