Great book

Even if the book is too big so little bit difficult to listen without a table or desk, the material is well organized and clear. Helped me to understand basics of body weight training I did not know before. I like it so much. Great book.

Helpful guide

Firstly, this is a ton of knowledge. It covers plan design, addressing flaws/imbalances in existing fitness, general physiology and gymnastics moves and progressions. For me, the best part about this is the detailed information on every single move and the steps to progress to the next and more challenging move.

Great book

His understanding of science goes beyond scientific research. It goes to the heart of scientific method and science as a community. He recommends and refers the reader to the works of others that overlap or are beyond his scope. He does this with the enthusiasm to share and teach.

As if windows Sam is reading it with no context and no punctuation.

Do not recommend, even if the book is good you cannot listen to it this way, a child learning to read would sound better.
