One of the best!

This beginner's guide book is probably the single best audio book for those interested in learning the fundamentals of buddhism, as well as for those looking for a guidebook to refine and contemplate their buddhist views.

This is one of the best books.

This is one of the best books I have ever listen. It gave me so much insight into who I am as a person, and how I can adapt to get off the treadmill of life. Overall, it was an enjoyable quick listen that presented a multitude of points.

Honestly, the book was a good choice to listen. When I decided to listen the book it wasn't because I wanted to be Buddhist but simply to get a better understanding. I was amazed.

This is a perfect introduction to meditation.

This is a perfect introduction to meditation and mindfulness. Mindfulness is a loaded word these days and is usually full of fluff, but this is a very straight-forward, no-nonsense approach to it. Even if you're not so new to meditation, this is a great guide on the 'how' and 'why' for meditation and will probably be enjoyable listen no matter what.

great explanation for buddhism!

Of so many books on Buddhism that I have seen or read, this is the best one yet I enjoy reading. It explained how Buddha got his name and his teaching. Very easy to understand

Very easy to understand and I thought that meditation may be difficult, but no it isn't and since I've started mindfulness and meditation, I've quit drinking and am almost done smoking as well. It makes a person think about the things they do every day! Thank you
