 In einem Wald am Stadtrand von Ravensburg wird die Leiche des pensionierten Arztes Josef Klimnich entdeckt. Neben ihm liegt sein Pudel mit abgeschnittenen Läufen. Wenig später wird ein weiterer Mann ermordet aufgefunden. Auch seinem Hund wurden sämtliche Läufe abgetrennt.
