I would really have liked for Dr Joe Dispenza to have narrated this given the fact that the meditations are in his voice and I think there is value in hearing him speak given a lot of the content is around the power of the mind.

Totally amazing!
Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself has been recommended by my Intuitive training teacher, thank you Marjorie! All my life I walked along worry and fear … recreating the same reality over and over again. The present moment was a short glimpse never able to sit in it for too long! I did not know how to!
