Publisher's Summary

Book 1: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a form of psychotherapy that helps in treating issues related to behaviors, emotions, and thoughts, with the main objective of boosting happiness and positive well-being.

Cognitive behavioral therapy, known as CBT, focuses on solutions and encourages patients to challenge cognitive distortions and change the destructive patterns in their behavior.

This book gives listeners a general outline of CBT, its common forms of therapy, as well as how it treats people with common disorders, such as anxiety. With the help of this book, you will learn all about CBT and how it can help you to reach your mental health goals.

Book 2: EFT Tapping

Do you ever have times in your life where there's something wrong, but nothing has been able to fix it? If so, then maybe it's time for you to look into to EFT tapping.

Emotional freedom Technique, or EFT, has been around since the early 90's and has proven to be beneficial to many people. It can help people lose weight, fight off an anxiety attack, change their moods, and so much more. It's also extremely simple, and anybody can do it without the need of a doctor.

This book will cover:

  • The History of EFT
  • How to use EFT
  • EFT Tapping Practices
  • EFT Success Stories
  • And much more!

After you listen to this book, you will have a whole new realm of knowledge that will help you achieve amazing things. EFT, to some, is all talk and no action, but instead of letting those people make your decision for you, why don't you give it a try yourself. After you first session you will feel a difference, so get this book today and start changing your life.

So what are you waiting for? Take action, not now, but right now, and grab your copy, today!

Just an intro to cbt, and self praise for eft

The CBT part was okay, a pretty good intro if you’ve never heard of it. Nothing that you couldn’t google.
The EFT part was terrible. It asserted how well EFT tapping works and how amazing it was, but then hedged everything by saying science hadn’t been done yet and you should see a professional therapist for anything serious. At least two or three chapters were just different success stories, and he said that if there was a failure, it is only because they didn’t do the technique the right way. It felt like he was talking in circles the whole time: eft tapping works because people use it and it works and when it doesn’t work it’s because people didn’t use it in the way that it works, and if they would just do the work then it would work! Sounds to me like EFT tapping is a complete waste of time!

Any additional comments?

The good thing is that tarting them with cognitive behavioral therapy has proved to be very effective. In order to understand these conditions one has to learn how these conditions affect our brain and what is happening to it. this book consolidates the musings behind care, contemplation, and law of fascination.

A lot of good tips in here, highly recommended.

EFT book is fascinating

I found the CBT section a bit dry and didn't really learn anything I didn't already know.
I thoroughly enjoyed the EFT section. I now feel really inspired to start practicing it.
