Publisher's Summary

A few weeks after witnessing her stepfather order a cold-blooded murder, Cassandra Bowlin hides aboard a luxury yacht to flee the men who are after her. Dashing into a closet, she trembles in fear of discovery until the owner enters the room with a woman intent on gaining his sexual favor. The scene she witnesses between the couple leaves her shaken with arousal, making her wonder what she has been missing from her own sexual encounters.

Zachary Allen-Vancuren returns to his new decked out yacht, eager to take her out on a maiden voyage before presenting her to his friends. After putting several miles between him and the mainland, he slips downstairs and finds he’s stuck with a stowaway, with secrets she refuses to divulge and a determination to wring as much from his planned four-day excursion as possible. His refusal to engage in any sexual activities is met with her constant, teasing antics until she finally wears him down and he gives her the lesson she thinks she’s been wanting.

It takes interference from a surprising source and two rescues by Zachary to free Cassandra of her stepfather’s threats and enable her to embrace a future with the one man she hasn’t been able to resist.

Need a new narrator

Good story, very hot sex, and I need audiobooks so I can fit reading into my schedule. However, the narrator almost ruined it for me. Talks much too slow, some words mispronounced, and not enough change with different characters speaking or showing emotion and inflection. Ryan West is a perfect example of what a narrator should be, and this one is the other side of the scale. He'd be perfectly fine for some types of books, but romance needs emotion and passion.

Terrible narration, but decent story.

I had to play the audiobook at 1.5x because his pacing was so SLOW! Even then, it seemed like he wasn't even trying to do a good job. Just read the story fairly straight. Occasionally would do accents, but they weren't any good. I guess I'm spoiled by good narration. This was the worst I've heard.

Good story, HORRIBLE NARRATOR!!!!!

The only reason I finished listening to this audiobook was the story was worth listening to and the narration became very funny because it was so bad! Where did this producer find this narrator

Awful narration performance

This has to be the worst audio book performance I've ever listened to. My 7 year old grandchild could have done better. Simple words like duel (dull), district (dis Trict) or pining (pinning) mispronounced. Sentences read so poorly ... there were misplaced pauses almost like someone was waiting for a page turn that came many seconds too late. It would have been better if the reader hadn't done an awful southern accent. I liked the story when I read it. I thought it might be fun to listen. It was not. It was painful. I will be requesting a refund.
