I spent half this book worried about certain characters & both horrified & disappointed at the direction of the story.
Then - Plot Twist! I wasn't expecting the last part of the book & white-knuckled it while listening to the last hour or two.
What a wild ride! Hang in there - this book delivers just as much as the first. Straight on to the third book!

Rarely do I bother to give a full review of a book. However, this is the first audiobook where I haven’t been able to wait until the usual time of day to listen!

It has entranced and mesmerised me and I can’t rank it highly enough. It it live it and hopelessly wait for the next in the series!
