Really good Summary!

This is exactly what I was looking for when I purchased this audio book. It's short and hits all the points. This is something that I will realistically will be able to listen to time after time.

Narrator Is Too Dramatic

I could not finish listening to this book. The (young?) narrator is WAY too dramatic in his presentation. He adds emphasis on words in a way that is so annoying to me. Maxwell Maltz would not have even read his own work in this manner. The narrator is putting emphasis on words and points where they shouldn't necessarily be for the listener. The message of the book was lost (..and I'm pretty tolerant) because I just couldn't stop listening to how awful the reading was.

Read like a self help book

The real psycho cybernetics is more like a medical read trying to really help its readers better their self image. This audio however is read by someone else aside from the real author and the tone is more towards trying to spew self help.

There's another audio read by the actual author. I recommend you to get that one instead of this audio.
