Publisher's Summary

Bom Bom: A Wacky Hippie Trail Adventure is a coming-of-age road trip punctuated by the music and politics of the '70s. It's a story of youthful hedonism, love, self-discovery, and wild adventures through amazing landscapes that only a few were brave or stupid enough to embrace.

It could never happen today!

A wonderful adventure at a time when travel wasn’t an Instagram feed. Trekking beyond borders now closed or impossible to traverse today, Mark and Pedro take the ultimate stoners journey into the then unknown. From the Aussie ‘right of passage’ in the UK and then across Europe in a Comer Van to the demarcations separating continents and up onto the roof top of the world.
An easily told rollicking travel story that’s equally fun and insightful and a joy to listen to.
