Good Effort but Need More Content
Indeed, an effort in the right direction, this book would need lot of content. Bikram practice is journey in itself. No one is perfect as there is always room to improve.
If I would write a book on Bikram Practice, I would not skim through the postures. It is not beneficial for the yogi. Narrator should have more relaxed tone, don’t mind the pronunciation.
