The narrator has ruined this book for me
Is there anything you would change about this book?
Any additional comments?
This guy could be reading the phone book and it would sound the same. I love Gilbert's work and I wish she would have taken the time to narrate herself.

Won’t be reading the full book - Thank you Instaread
This review is about the content that this Instaread is summarising (it’s actually a very good summary of a poorly conceived book... in my opinion). It strikes me Big Magic is full of very broad and cliched generalisations and injunctions (you should do this, you should do that). Someone new to thinking about the creative process might find some of the ideas new and insightful. But, on the whole, this book brings nothing particularly fresh to the discussion. I say all this with the caveat I have not read the full book on which this Instaread is based on!
Assuming this summary is reasonably accurate I’m glad I’ve only wasted 28 mins of my life and not the full 5+ hours of the original book.
