Vinzenz Chiavacci (1847 bis 1916). Er kreierte die Figuren "Herr Adabei“ von österreichisch "a dabei“ für "auch dabei“ und der "Frau Sopherl vom Naschmarkt“, die als Wiener Typen bis heute bekannt sind.
In dem weiten Hofraum des Hauses zur Goldenen Birne tummelte sich von jeher die Jugend der Nachbarschaft herum. Da gab es einen verwilderten Garten, Wagenschupfen und sogar einen Heuboden. Die Buben, welche zu den glücklichen Bewohnern dieses Hauses zählten, duldeten natürlich nur solche Jungen die ihnen in irgendeiner Weise tributpflichtig wurden...
Eine kuriose Wiener Geschichte die Jung und Alt zum Schmunzeln bringt.
