In dem weiten Hofraum des Hauses zur Goldenen Birne tummelte sich von jeher die Jugend der Nachbarschaft herum. Da gab es einen verwilderten Garten, Wagenschupfen und sogar einen Heuboden. Die Buben, welche zu den glücklichen Bewohnern dieses Hauses zählten, duldeten natürlich nur solche Jungen die ihnen in irgendeiner Weise tributpflichtig wurden...
