This book is full of relaxing stories

This book talks about using meditation to help with relaxation. This book is filled of relaxing stories to help you distress before bed. After a brief introduction about stress and sleep, the book goes right into a bunch of stories. They are relaxing and meditative—easy listening for before bedtime.

Your body and mind are one

Stress is insidious meditation can help. One of the most helpful inclusions in the book are the relief scripts and sleep affirmations. Overall would recommend to try out. I'm not exactly sure why, but I've made it a habit to listen a story before bed and I think it helps me settle down before I go to sleep.

Wow.Easily listenable and understandable

I am sleeping very deeply and waking up feeling good. Also, as a result of listening to this audio book, I am feeling much more calm and tranquil during the day.

I really enjoyed all the parts of the audible

Decent collection of stories

It is very informative and has all the basic information in the book. The book starts out with clear and concise information regarding what bodily function each nutrient is needed for, and the approximate range a person on dialysis should stay within which was extremely helpful. This book is an excellent resource. I really liked this book and would recommend everyone who needs such type of great books. I feel so much more confident when I listen...

Slept great after listening each night

Thought book sounds silly, but had to eat my words. After listening slept so good. Woke up refreshed and relaxed. Definitely glad I got this book. Will be listening often!!!

Relax and go to sleep.

Mindfulness, relaxation, and hypnotizing the body into a pleasant sleep are a key part of this book. Very relaxing. Excellent imagery and different stories. I was skeptical about adult bedtime stories, but I have been pleasantly surprised.

A great stress reducer.

Having trouble falling asleep? Listen yourself a bedtime story. Bedtime stories are not just for children. Everyone can benefit from the soothing, relaxing stories. These stories will help you de-stress and fall into a deep, relaxing sleep. I especially liked Daddy and Daughter's Fishing Trip. It brought back a lot of relaxing memories.

Awesome stories to listen before fall asleep.

I have a difficult time meditating as my flights between a zillion thoughts and I cannot focus on a quiet mind. Guided meditation works better, but not the ones where you just focus on body parts, that do not hold my attention either. They make me relax and ready for a good night of deep sleep.

Excellent AudioBook

The tales were so imaginative and eye catching and it made me fully aware of propensities before sleep time I need to change to improve evening of rest! Adored this. This book is a collection of stories for adults to listen before bed. The stories are gentle and relaxing so that you can go to sleep easily. Very helpful!

So soothing and relaxing

I frequently experience difficulty dozing because of nervousness, sleep deprivation, a cerebrum that won't close off, and so on now and again, I listen before bed, yet then I end up contemplating my book and needing to continue perusing. This book permits me to peruse, which helps settle me down for bed, and furthermore loosens up me enough so nodding off is simpler. This book has been a major assistance to me!
