I often need to listen to something to sleep. There are many stories, but above all the narrator's voice helped me to relax and sleep deeply. If you want to enjoy maximum sensations, use headphones, it's really cool :-) Also very useful is the meditative guide to relieve stress, for deep sleep hypnosis, for calmness and relaxation. I highly recommend listening to this audiobook for everyone.

I also had my oldest son listen to it, who is under a lot of stress right now with the pandemic situation and is having moments of discouragement.
