The stories are about all the chores you do around the house. For me at least-t's a terrible idea to listen to it if you have pending tasks and then you go like oh no- I should have done my laundry today. How annoying! I guess the idea was to put you to sleep by droning on about mundane activities. Even then I don't want to think about cleaning my toilet before falling asleep.
