Best leadership book I’ve read yet
It’s a little hard to visualize the diagrams, charts, and other visual tools found in the hard copy, but still well worth the time to listen. A great book for any leader, new or old. The book covers the foundational items to be a great leader, as well as steps to achieve these skills. After listening to the audio, I definitely want the hard copy now!
