Errors aplenty

I purchased this audiobook because I find it relaxing to flick through cookbooks, and thought it might be relaxing to listen to a cookbook if I’m feeling stressed. This book does have the desired effect in that regard, however I wouldn’t rely on it as an actual recipe book, as several times a recipe will omit a step, or a step will be done out of order, or will just stop mid-sentence.
