Publisher's Summary

Back pain can be caused by a variety of medical conditions, including strain from bending the wrong way, not having good posture, injuries from sports or improper movements, and more. Regardless of the cause of the back pain, putting an end to the pain as quickly as possible is the desire of all suffering. A few things that will help ease back pain:

  • Use a heating pad three to four times per day for 20 - 30 minutes each session. For help with inflammation, rotate between the heating pad and an ice pack.
  • Change your diet. If you're not eating healthy, you are subject to more aches and pains. Broccoli is one of the best vegetables to consume.
  • Exercise more often, especially if you are inactive. Give your back rest when it is stressed, but move around to ease the pain as much as possible.
