About this listen

A dirt road cuts through Pine Hollow, a town that exists only in the spaces between faded census records and whispered directions scribbled on scrap paper. Luna walks that road, clutching a map that seems to redraw itself with every step. In Pine Hollow, the forest remembers every lost child, every unresolved argument, every bargain made in the dark. The trees lean in. The Welcome sign rots. Serialized across episodes, this show follows Luna's search for answers about a town that may have never truly existed — or that exists too vividly. Each installment deepens the mystery: a radio signal that plays only for those who've stopped to listen, a general store that sells items no one remembers buying, a mayor who has held office for a hundred years. The dread is slow, intimate, rooted in the smell of wet pine and the creak of floorboards. Luna narrates as if she's telling you this from the passenger seat of a stalled car, headlights off. You'll want to start at Episode 1 and follow the road with her — because in Pine Hollow, the road only goes one way, and it doesn't lead back.

  • The Yellow Light at 3:17 — Fexingo Horror
    May 3 2026
The morning after her first night in Pine Hollow, Luna returns to the abandoned house where the yellow light burned until 3:17 AM. The front door is unlocked. Inside, she finds a room that shouldn't exist — a child's bedroom, dust-free, with a nightlight still warm. A photograph on the dresser shows a family of three, the father's face scratched out. The mother's eyes have been replaced with tiny circles of gold paint. Luna takes the photograph. As she leaves, she hears a child's voice from the upstairs landing, asking if she's the new babysitter. She runs. Back at the gas station, the caretaker refuses to look at the photograph. He tells her the family who lived there — the Hales — disappeared in 1987, but their son Caleb was never born. No birth certificate, no school records, no grave. Luna spends the afternoon in the county archives, finding a 1986 newspaper article about a woman who claimed her neighbor's child was not human. That night, she drives past the house. The yellow light is on again. And in the upstairs window, a small silhouette is waving.

  • The Dirt Road at Dusk — Fexingo Horror
    May 2 2026
I arrived in Pine Hollow just before the light failed. October, that bruised month where the sky goes grey early and the trees seem to drink the last of the colour. The sign was half-rotted, the welcome worn away, and I remember thinking how quiet it was — no birds, no wind, no distant traffic, just the crunch of gravel under my boots and a smell like wet ash. I was chasing a story, or maybe the story was already waiting for me. The old caretaker at the gas station said I was the first stranger in three years. He said it like a warning. But I'd come too far to turn back. The first thing I noticed was the silence. The second thing was the light in the window that shouldn't have been there, a faint yellow glow coming from a house that, according to the map, had been abandoned for a decade. I didn't go in that night. But I watched it until dawn, and I saw the light go out at exactly 3:17 AM. I need to understand what lives in those walls. And I think it already knows I'm here.
