Summary

 かつては「終身雇用」が世の中の常識だったが、昨今は「転職」が日常的なキーワードになってきた。近年、企業の採用計画の中途採用比率は４３％まで上昇している。特にＩＴやＤＸのような専門性の高い職種は中途比率が高くなる傾向がある。また、若い世代ほど転職者の割合は大きい。
