About this listen

A new podcast for neurodivergent founders, women entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs building sustainable businesses around real life.

There are 30 million Americans running a business without a single employee, and almost none of them look like the typical founder you see giving online business advice.

Not Your Typical Solopreneur is the show for the rest of us. The ones building businesses around ADHD brains, chronic illness, caregiving, and real bodies with real limits. The ones who left traditional jobs because "flexible" turned out to mean flexible for them, not for us.

In this trailer, Brittany shares the data that proves we're not the outliers (even though it feels like we are), the lived experience that drove her to create the show, and what to expect from season one.

More About the Show: A weekly podcast for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, women founders, ADHD business owners, and solopreneurs with chronic illness who are tired of business advice built for someone else's life. Honest conversations about sustainable entrepreneurship, founder burnout, capacity management, and building an online business that works with your brain and body instead of against them. Some solo episodes, some guests, zero hustle-culture nonsense.

More About Your Host: Dr. Brittany Kim, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 10+ years specializing in chronic health conditions, neurological disorders, connective tissue disorders, and chronic pain. She brings 6+ years in online marketing and education, guest lectures at the University of Southern California, and has taught tens of thousands of PTs and OTs through online education, residency programs, and 1:1 mentorship. Brittany is also an ADHD'er, a mom, and the founder of Superbloom Coworking, a community for solopreneurs who don't fit the mold.
