Kovak pairs the actors with one another for chemistry tests via improvisational exercises. While Trevor impresses the group, Simon falters with his improv skills. Simon confides in Trevor that he is nervous about Von Kovak pushing him to expose himself, but Trevor encourages him that he is more than his powers.Simon and Trevor are finally paired together, which impresses Kovak so much he casts them both in the lead roles.After being dropped off home by Simon, Trevor is picked up by the DODC for failing to apprehend Simon, but Trevor says he's almost there and begs them to give him more time.
