Good morning, this podcast today is to introduce a slight shift in focus in my estrangement coaching podcast. There are many that deal with estranged relationships with an adult child.

My experience certainly included an adult child, but it was more than that and I'm finding that many of you struggle with it too. Next generation relationships such as daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandkids, great grandkids and other complex family members.

And, the realization that I could replay those hurtful conversations all day long and feel justified in my resentment but it didn't move the needle toward peace one iota!
