Ex-tropical cyclone Koji has brought severe flooding to Queensland's southeast, cutting off Yungela, forcing evacuations in Claremont, and inundating at least 20 homes. Multiple fires continue to burn out of control in Victoria while thunderstorms are forecast for Queensland's Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
