Heal hidden emotional bruises that have followed me into this year. Mend broken thoughts, anxious spirals, and the inner fatigue I cannot explain. Lift the heaviness from people across Europe who are battling anxiety, burnout, illness, and overwhelming stress. Speak life into immune systems, calm into nervous systems, and strength into weary minds. Heal trauma, heal grief, heal the silent ache that many carry alone. Jesus, breathe renewal into every part of me — spirit, soul, and body. Let today be a turning point of peace, restoration, and strength.
