In this episode of Healing Beyond Health Anxiety, I’m guiding you through a gentle meditation designed specifically for health anxiety.

If meditation has ever felt intimidating, frustrating, or like something you’re “bad at,” I want you to know this straight away ... this isn’t about emptying your mind or doing anything perfectly. It’s about calming your nervous system and beginning to build a different relationship with anxiety, one rooted in safety rather than fear.

I’ll guide you through simple breathing, body awareness, and self-compassion practices to help your system soften and settle. Not to make symptoms disappear, but to help you feel safer in your body, even when sensations or anxious thoughts are present.

I’ll also remind you of something I know is hard to believe when anxiety is loud.... you are not your symptoms, and you are not your thoughts. They’re experiences you’re having, not definitions of who you are.

Healing from health anxiety doesn’t come from fighting fear or trying to get rid of it. It comes from learning how to make space for it without letting it run your life. That’s what this meditation is here to support.
