About this listen
Do people even do New Year's resolutions anymore? I think many of us still do, but we often run into the same problem. We shoot for a far shot and set goals that are just too far-fetched. In this episode, I share why I am moving away from over-complicated plans and leaning into a much simpler approach for the year ahead.
As I step back into this podcasting space, I have been reflecting on my own journey. I realized that I do not need to do everything at once. If you have a sound core and a stable foundation, you can trust your decisions without the need to overthink every single move. This episode is about giving yourself some grace and trusting the process that brought you here.
Why Resolutions Fail: It is not about a lack of strength. Most of the time, we are just overshooting and making big goals that are not realistic.
The Lesson of Time: Looking back at my years of podcasting, I have learned that the time will come for what needs to be done. I do not have to rush the results.
Trusting Your Foundation: If you are stable and sound, your thought process is already meticulous. You can stop second-guessing yourself and start moving forward.
My Strategy for 2026: I am leaving overthinking and over-stressing behind. Instead of trying to guess what my audience wants, I am simply going to pay attention to how you respond.
I am heading into 2026 with a "rock and roll" attitude. I am ready to stop reinventing the wheel and start having more fun. If you have been over-complicating your own life or business, this short message is for you.
