今回は久しぶりの二人による雑談会。そして、配信日である12月24日、リッキーから重大発表がありました。 ついにリッキーが個人事業主「ムーブメント」を経て法人化！
その名もなんと「株式会社爆上げサンタ」。一見ふざけているようで、そこには「ワクワクや夢を届ける存在でありたい」というリッキーの熱い哲学と、三原に移住してちょうど1年という記念すべき日への想いが込められていました。「青春と成果」を企業や個人に届け、心の導火線に火を点ける（点火する）。そんな“爆上げサンタ”としての新たなビジョンと、これから展開していくスクールやコミュニティ構想について熱く語ります。
